Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty stitching under normal use
- Material defects
- Printing defects caused during production
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper washing or care
- Damage resulting from misuse or excessive wear
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with clear photos and your order number.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Standard Products
For standard, non-customized products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused and unworn

Original tags are attached

The product is returned in its original condition
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an appropriate refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Custom-Made & Handcrafted Products
Certain products are made to order, handcrafted, personalized, or produced exclusively for the customer. These products are clearly identified on the product page.
Due to the exclusive nature of these items, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect or production fault.
Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Personal preference

Minor variations resulting from the handcrafted production process

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal training activities
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of delivery and provide:

A detailed description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the defect
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we may request the item to be returned for inspection.
Approved Defect Claims
For approved defect claims relating to custom-made or handcrafted products:

No monetary refund will be issued.

No refund will be made to the original payment method.

Compensation will be provided in the form of a store credit voucher equal to the purchase value of the affected item.

Store credit vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
As each handcrafted item is individually produced, slight variations in appearance, color, stitching, or finish may occur. These characteristics are part of the product’s unique nature and are not considered defects.
